Who is Anastasia Steele to you?

Dakota: "My version of Anastasia is a woman who value and respects herself so much that she hasn’t had sex with anyone because she hasn’t found the right guy who deserves her and that turns her on physically and emotionally. I think that’s why its awesome when she finally meets Christian because he is the first one who makes her feel that way. She mixes all this inner strength and grace and that makes her a very powerful woman, unique and very inspirational."

Which elements of Anastasia where the hardest to play?

Dakota: "What intrigued me the most about her was the physical and emotional journey she undertakes. The moment when any woman lost her virginity is sensitive and beautiful but its so scary because your life changes, and if plus that the other person has very ´particular tastes´ well I think its something that any woman would find pretty difficult to deal with. It was very interesting and funny to play it because I really tried to portray the emotional struggle she was going through."

What would you do if you meet a guy like Christian Grey? Would you keep dating with him after knowing his particular tastes or would you run away?

Dakota: "Ehmmm…no….well…yes….I don’t know… it's not my thing."

Do you think women these days have opened their minds to the BDSM or its pure sexual fantasy?

Dakota: "The BDSM culture is way bigger than many people think besides its really interesting because even if people believes that includes just specific activities the truth is that a complex life style is required is more about the psychological game behind it. The smells, the sensation, the combination of textures and materials. I think women are intrigued by it because when you are young and find out about certain things about sex you get impressed. The bdsm is something relatively new and not many people really knows what is it about. Its interesting because in many cases you doesn’t even know it exist."

So do you think that BDSM is the ultimate taboo we just overcome?

Dakota: "Yeah maybe. But you most realize that the base of BDSM is domination and submission, to take the control or totally lose it. I believe that for some women this idea can be romantic at some point, to lose yourself into the wishes of somebody else can be really exciting."

Jamie says the story belongs to the fantasy at all. Are you agree with that?

Dakota: "Part of it yes. But well you really don’t know what people do behind doors so maybe there is a successful man like Christian Grey who enjoys the BDSM. In fact according to the statistics most of the submissives are business men who enjoys not to be in charge of the situation. On the contrary of what many people think is not about a woman being a submissive and a man being the dominant. What I do believe is that Christian Grey is very glamorous character and that’s because the book its been so successful. No is not a real story, the characters aren’t based in real people …nobody is that perfect."
